Mansfield Veterinary Health Center, a well-established independent practice in Mansfield, MA, is seeking an experienced veterinarian (5+ years) to lead our clinic and make it their own! This full-time position offers a true work-life balance with no evening or weekend shifts.

As the lead veterinarian, you’ll have the independence to run a full-service clinic, supported by a dedicated team of technicians, staff, and an established client base. Plus, our facility includes an on-site boarding kennel and doggy daycare, allowing for a truly comprehensive approach to pet care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide preventative care, diagnostics, and treatment plans for small animal patients
• Perform surgeries and dental procedures as needed
• Foster strong client relationships, educating pet owners on health and wellness
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians, support staff, and management to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records and stay up to date with continuing education
• Participate in team meetings to enhance clinic operations and patient care
