Doc-Side Veterinary Medical Center is hiring a Veterinarian with general practice surgical expertise and interest in leadership. Strong procedure caseload! Our hospital features 5 exam rooms, a second floor surgery suite, and is a Fear Free certified practice. The ideal candidate will love soft tissue surgical and dentistry procedures (spay/neuter, mass removals, foreign bodies, dental extractions, etc.), providing client education and comprehensive preventive care, and treating both acute and chronic disease cases.

Dr. Tierney excels in treating complicated dental cases and Dr. Herling has a wealth of experience in soft tissue surgery and laparoscopic procedures. Dr. Coughlin has been supporting Doc-Side clients for over a decade and enjoys treating exotics in addition to our small animal patients, and Dr. Vaughan is the newest addition to our team.
• Requirements: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university, or equivalent; active licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Maryland; experience in companion animal medicine and surgery
