Veterinary Receptionist

Kanan Veterinary is a small general veterinary practice with a steady clientele; we are looking for a motivated receptionist with a great open attitude, able to welcome our clients and patients, update our patient records, schedule appointments, explain our financials options, maintaining the front area clean and welcoming, etc. In rare cases, we might need our receptionist to help the technicians. Our business hours are fixed from Monday to Friday and the shifts are from 7:30 to 5:00 and 8 to 5:30pm (8 to 3:00pm on Saturday) with a 1 hour lunch on weekdays (30 minutes lunch on Saturday). Remuneration will be based on qualification and experience. We look forward to welcoming you in our hospital.
