General Practice (Veterinarian)

This AAHA accredited, cat friendly hospital has been providing the highest quality veterinary care to the pets of Fairfield County for over 40 years. Their 3 doctors have almost 100 years of combined experience. They are looking for a DVM to join their small animal hospital team, with interests such as exotics also welcome. The hospital has more than enough support staff to assist you to provide top quality care, with at least 2.5 support staff per DVM. They generally work on 30 min appointment times and 20 mins for quick appointments such as booster vaccines. They have all the equipment you would need including an ultrasound, digital X- ray, digital dental x-rays with 3 exam rooms IDEXX in house labs, Cornerstone for EMRs and much more. The hospital is very flexible with scheduling, for example 3 or 4 x 10 hour shifts, 5 x 8 hour days, with just one Saturday a month. Part-time DVMs with a schedule in mind are also very welcome to apply. The hospital is also happy to consider a DVM who wants only surgery, or vice versa a DVM who wants no surgery at all. Those looking for partnership/buy-in are also welcome, as this hospital is able to offer this.
