General Practice (Veterinarian)

A passionate and driven Associate Veterinarian is being sought to join a growing, well-equipped, small animal clinic. Whether you are a recent graduate looking for mentorship or an experienced DVM eager to work in a supportive environment, this opportunity offers a fulfilling career path. The clinic provides advanced orthopedic surgery, state-of-the-art equipment including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, Ligasure, cautery, full-scale monitoring, and Bair Hugger, along with a supportive and skilled team where technicians handle most non-medical duties, allowing doctors to focus on medicine and surgery. With access to mentorship from seasoned doctors and a network of 14 other clinics, the clinic fosters a collaborative atmosphere in a slower-paced, family-oriented practice that values work-life balance while continuing to grow. The schedule is flexible, but typically includes 4 weekdays, and 2 half Saturdays per month. With appointment lengths of 20 to 30 minutes for wellness exams and 30 minutes to 1 hour for sick visits, client communication is of high importance. The team consists of two full-time DVMs, one part-time DVM, each with a dedicated technician, plus multiple floaters. The ideal candidate would be comfortable with both medicine and basic soft-tissue surgery, mentorship in orthopedics can be provided, but this is not a role requirement.
