A thriving four-doctor practice in the St. Louis Metro area is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to serve as Medical Director. The position involves diagnosing and treating animals, performing surgeries, advising pet owners, and collaborating closely with the veterinary team to provide high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, strong surgical and medicine skills, and excellent communication abilities to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Leadership experience is a plus, though not required. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratory and diagnostic tools and is committed to providing progressive, individualized care.
