General Practice (Veterinarian)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a privately owned, mixed animal practice in Jasper, GA. The hospital currently sees 80% small animal and 20% large animal, so they are happy to accommodate either a mixed animal DVM or small animal only DVM. The hospital currently has 3 DVMs totally 2 FTE, and are looking to hire an additional FT or PT doctor (FT schedule consists of 4 days a week with a rotating half day Saturday). Each doctor is supported with a 2:1 tech/dr ratio with appointments ranging from 20-40 minutes depending on the case. The hospital equipment highlights include: digital xray, digital dental xray, full ultrasound (both SA & LA), 3 exam rooms, inhouse labs, full surgical suite, and electronic medical records. The hospital is happy to hear from both new grads and experienced doctors, with those wanting a heavy surgery caseload or not wanting to work any weekends also welcome (the hospital can be hugely accommodating).
