Heidi’s Village opened in 2020 to fulfill a gap identified in the animal welfare community – one in which rescue organizations often require temporary services before animals can be placed in their forever homes. With its innovative model, Heidi’s provides rescue organizations with a holistic, affordable way to house, heal, and promote their animals by offering temporary boarding and full-service veterinary care, all under one roof.
In doing so, Heidi’s affords other animal welfare organizations, most of whom are foster based and lack facilities, the ability to expand and compliment their own operations, resulting in a collaborative approach to saving more animals!
