Oyster River Veterinay Hospital is a privately owned, small,one doctor practice located in Lee NH.  We practice the highest quality medicine while providing our pets and clients with the utmost care and compassion. Our hospital offers many services including annual wellness care, anesthesia and sedation, dentistry, internal medicine, in-house pharmacy and surgery.   We are seeking a dynamic and organized Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, managing a team, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication between clients, veterinary staff, and other team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, leadership experience, and a passion for working in the veterinary field.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a veterinary office or similar customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management position.
• 38-40 hours a week, no weekends
• Oversee the daily administrative functions of the veterinary office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workflow.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure that the office environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and veterinary materials, placing orders as necessary.
• Manage office scheduling, including coordinating with the veterinary team to ensure appropriate coverage for appointments and surgeries.
• Handle staff scheduling, ensuring proper coverage and compliance with labor laws.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications to keep all team members informed about clinic operations and changes.
