We hire only happy people who want to come to work with a smile on their face and enjoy interacting with each other. We have separate reception areas for dogs and for cats. We have 4 examination rooms, each with exam tables that go up and down with the touch of a fingertip, making exams much easier.
All examinations are done with a trained technician holding the pet. That technician will stay with you for the entire procedure and help out in any way possible. Our appointment slots are a full 30 minutes so that you do not feel rushed.
We have an in house laboratory for doing most of our blood and urine tests and frequently will get results for our clients while they are waiting.
Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate and snacks are always available up front for the clients and we have a break room where snacks are also available for the staff.
