Providing pets and their families with the best experience we can is our purpose. After more than fifteen years, we have encountered many unique situations, many wonderful people, and many more dogs and cats that will never leave our hearts. Through all of this, one thing has never changed: the health, happiness, and security of pets in our care is our primary concern and focus, above all else. We've learned that doesn't always mean the same thing for every guest, and have refined our skills at managing surprising elements that may arise while owners are away.

We've also continually innovated our facility and operations since day one, and confidently offer the finest pet boarding experience available in the fresh air and peaceful foothills of the Appalachian mountains. We focus on maintaining a calm, soothing environment on our grounds, away from all of the urban noise and bustle. The experience our furry guests have here is intentionally tailored and thoughtful, and full of fun and affection.
