Animal Care League is committed to providing shelter, medical care, and comfort to animals in need, thus serving as a community resource and strengthening the human-animal bond. Our organization has been rooted in the community since 1973. We are a private organization located in Oak Park, IL and hold municipal contracts with 7 surrounding communities. We currently take in about 1200 animals per year and are working to grow our impact in the very near future. We envision a world where every animal knows love and safety, and where every person is empowered to be an advocate for the animals in their communities.
