I'm an independent veterinary practitioner and I wish to find a colleague that also enjoys the freedom of tailoring individualized care for the furry family members of our clientele. We wish to help the patient above all, and in doing so, promote the bond between the pet and their parent. To accomplish this we must gain the trust of our clients so that we aren’t merely “selling” our services but educating them to be the best pet parents they can be. I wish to find someone with whom I can share our busy case load (and mentor if need be) and allow me to spend more time working on the business and culture of the practice. Practicing in the small town of Galt, CA, we provide our clients with an intimate and cozy environment. We are currently looking for a full or part-time associate to help with the growing and varied caseload. Full in house lab, digital radiographs, ultrasound, vacation, holidays, and no after hour emergencies are all available. Salary negotiable and depends on experience. We are salary based, not production based, furthering the idea that we are here for the patients and not how much we can make per client.
