Job Title: Supervisor, Veterinary Customer Services - 2nd Shift Department: Veterinary Medical Center | Operations The College of Veterinary Medicine is searching for a Customer Services Manager to provide day-to-day management and oversight of the VMC Customer Services reception 2nd shift teams. The primary focus of this position is to ensure the proper scheduling of personnel and resources to effectively service the clients and patients in accessing care at the VMC. This is a working supervisor position who is not only responsible for the management and oversight of staffing, but also performs duties to ensure the efficient delivery of service to clients. Duties include but are not limited to: hiring, training, and managing staff; monitoring performance levels; evaluating and adjusting staffing needs and adjusting to meet business operations as necessary; addressing performance/staff behavior issues; responding to routine, complex and medical emergency situations in a professional manner; resolving routine problems and complex situations using appropriate medical terminology, office practices and procedures, and established customer service principles; maintaining safe and accurate money handling practices and abiding by all university privacy standards; and other duties as assigned. Hiring Range - $24.52 - $32.21 Additional Information: Exposure to animal dander and/or zoonotic diseases; standing for long periods of time.
