December 2018 Veterinary Industry Report [INFOGRAPHIC]

Veterinary job volume and veterinary job seeker activity showed no signs of slowing down in December 2018. Compared to November 2018, total active veterinary jobs, total new veterinary jobs added, and total veterinary job seeker members on iHireVeterinary all increased. PetSmart led the way again as the top hiring company (2,488 jobs) with VCA Antech, Inc. in second place (1,206 jobs).

The top three titles to join iHireVeterinary last month were Kennel Attendant (789), Animal Caretaker (721), and Veterinary Technician (627). iHireVeterinary also experienced a significant increase in traffic in December 2018 with 45,734 unique visitors (compared to 38,797 in November 2018).
