For example, in the United States, this is the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America (NAVTA), where they become a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), or Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT). Moreover, gaining certification in areas like anesthesia, dentistry, or emergency and critical care can improve their professional standing.
