General Practice (Veterinarian)

This hospital has an opening for an Associate Veterinarian to join their team! They are a well-established, three doctor practice in a brand new state-of-the-art facility located in lovely Palmer Lake, Colorado just 20 minutes north of Colorado Springs. They are looking for a friendly, well-rounded veterinarian looking to work in clinical small animal medicine, providing wellness, dentistry, and surgery procedures. The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills, work well with staff, be a thorough diagnostician. A skilled surgeon, and feel comfortable with all aspects of dentistry including surgical extractions, would be ideal, but not required. Talented and clinically skilled new grads are also encouraged to apply. Full-time or part-time positions are available, with no weekend commitments necessary as they are closed! Their team has a high level of work ethic and they are continually looking for ways to improve their practice to provide high quality care for their clients. The practice is fully equipped with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, a full surgical suite with current anesthesia monitoring equipment, Idexx in-house lab equipment, high-speed and slow-speed dental equipment, electrosurgery, fully stocked pharmacy, and Cornerstone practice management software. Appointments are typically 30 minutes allowing you time to work up cases and interact with your clients.
