BRVC is a great place to learn, if you have the drive to grow your skill set you will go far here. I started only knowing how to give vaccines and restrain then two years later I was able to draw blood, place IV catheters, get urine using an ultrasound, sedate cats/dogs, and recover surgery patients. The leads and managers are always trying to make sure that you are on track for what you want to accomplish, and they are easy to talk to whenever you need them.
