Join the Salado Veterinary Hospital Team

We are a fun, high-energy team that is all about the people and pets! We put staff first (if our staff is treated the right way, the care and compassion for clients and their pets will follow).
We have several staff parties (at and away from work) a year, fun activities, team building focus and we always look for opportunities to love and encourage our staff in the daily grind! On days when it's slammed and there's not a lot of time for lunch- we try and bring food in, pizza or something else!
We love to do the little things and give many appreciation "gifts" and acknowledgement through the year.
We have been selected, for many consecutive years, a Neighborhood Favorite in polls in our vicinity!
Veterinary medicine is a tough profession and gets heavy at times- we try and take some pressure off in different and creative ways! We have been told that we are very different from most hospitals- we have that freedom because we are not a corporate- just a little hospital in Central Texas doing what we do best! A husband and wife team are the owners- Dr. Aaron Schultze is the head DVM and owner. His wife, Kelly, is the Practice Manager and together, they try and make going to work every day an adventurous prospect for the team! We are able to do things that some other hospitals cannot because at the end of the day, we don't have to answer to "the big corporate man." We can practice all while having fun and there isn't anyone to tell us otherwise!
