We prefer an experienced small animal veterinarian, but are open to recent graduates who are licensed in the state of Florida. Hiring process : We usually visit with the applicant after a tour of the facilities and discuss our needs along with what the applying veterinarian requires. If both parties are interested we set up a paid working day so we can see if we are both happy with the arrangement. Once hired we do have a  non-compete contract that is signed.  We have a great group of Drs who have been here long term, along with recent graduates who bring up to date knowledge and enthusiasm. We prefer to hire an experienced veterinarian, but are open to recent graduates if we are a good fit for each other. Also; our doctors are not on call for emergency services. We only see canine and feline patients at this time. We offer ultrasonography, radiography, and a full service state of the art in house laboratory. Our community is along the east coast of Florida, close to the ocean and has    a wide range of clientele who all love their animals very much. We have lots of client coming since 15-25 years. We have a doctor coming an hour away to her shift because she loved being and working here .
